Allogro’s Standard Terms & Conditions of Sales (STCS)

Brief Summary of Key Provisions

A few key provisions contained in the STCS:

1. We are not responsible for pricing errors.
2. Client is responsible for taxes and duties.
3. Title does not pass to Client until order is paid in full.
4. Returns and refunds are subject to approval. Many items are not returnable. Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item. UPC must be intact. Please read the “Cancellations and Returns” section for important information.
5. Allogro’s liability is strictly limited. A 30-day limited warranty on Allogro’s service is offered. No other warranties are made or implied. Please read the “Liability and Warranties” section for important information and exclusions.
6. Allogro shall have no responsibility for any of Client’s Data or downtime, even if the purpose of the work performed was to attempt protect or recover of such Data.
