SRRP

Allogro’s Standard Returns & Refunds Policy (SRRP)

Brief Summary of Key Provisions

A few key provisions contained in the SRRP:

  1. Certain items are neither returnable nor refundable. Generally labor, fees, shipping, and custom or special orders are not elligible for return or a refund once rendered or incurred. If you have questions about returing an item, please confirm the details prior to placing your order.
  2. Returned items must be in sellable condition. All UPC barcodes and serial numbers must be intact and unaltered. All manuals and other documentation must be included to be elligible for any refund.
  3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product, and the exterior packaging (not the product itself) must be clearly labeled with the RMA number. RMAs expire.
  4. Allogro reviews returned products and may make a deduction against any possible refund. We may opt to repair, replace, exchange, or issue a credit toward future charges.
