Allogro’s Non-Disclosure Agreement for Clients (NDAC)

Brief Summary of Key Provisions

A few key provisions contained in the NDAC:

1. The Agreement is reciprocal. Neither party will disclose confidential information discovered during the term of this Agreement and for 5 years thereafter.
2. Confidential information will be disclosed internally to employees and subcontractors only on a need to know basis.
