New Site Launch

Allogro is pleased to introduce its newly redesigned Web site. This new site offers all the latest features savvy Internet users have come to expect in a site (including new RSS enabled news feeds ) while maintaining a simple-to-use interface. We hope you like it!

We are using a customized version of a terrific content management system (CMS) called Joomla . It is free CMS software released under the GNU/GPL License. We would be happy to help you set us Joomla on your own Web server. If you do not have a Web server of your own, we can help you install it on many common hosting services, including our favorite one.

Acanthus Technology Design (AcanthusTech) is very pleased to present this blog for your amusement, education, and enlightenment. At least, we hope that it will provide some or all of those for you.

This blog will focus primarily on computers, networking, the Internet, telecommunications, industry trends, and the issues facing the Information Technology culture.
