MPC Computers Configured by Allogro

For all computers manufactured by MPC and custom configured by Allogro:

All manufacturer’s warranties are fulfilled by MPC, and if the computer is having problems and is under warranty, please contact MPC directly for support (see below).

After leaving MPC’s factory, the computer was configured by Allogro, an MPC-authorized reseller, to the original purchaser’s specifications. Such a configuration may have included installation of additional third-party hardware or software that is not covered by any MPC warranties. It may, however, be covered by other warranties provided by the third-party manufacturers or software vendors.

Allogro offers limited lifetime assistance to the original purchaser of this computer in obtaining in-warranty service, repair, or replacement of defective equipment or software from the product’s manufacturer. Allogro also warrants the configured machine is free of configuration defects and is configured and will operate as specified for a period of ninety (90) days. This warranty specifically excludes any liability, including loss of data or time, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, and other malware or any actions initiated by the users of this computer. If a defect is suspected, Allogro will provide a free consultation to determine the cause of the suspected defect. If a defect is found that was caused by MPC or third-party products, Allogro will assist the original purchaser in resolving the matter through the manufacturer’s warranty procedures. If a defect is found and is related to Allogro’s configuration of the machine, Allogro will, at its sole discretion, offer to reconfigure, repair, or replace the defect at no charge or offer a partial refund at an amount determined by Allogro for the inconvenience. If a defect is found to have been caused by user action, Allogro will notify the original purchaser and offer to repair the defect; for the first such defect, Allogro will offer a discount on the repair and brief training on how to avoid such problems in the future. No other warranties, express or implied, are offered by Allogro on MPC Computers Configured by Allogro.
