  • Most Human Resources matters (including hiring and benefits) are handled directly by our parent company, the Acorn IT Group.   • Contact our Sales and Marketing department if you are interested in developing a sales relationship or for arranging marketing and promotions with our company. We generally prefer to purchase through our established reseller channels (Ingram Micro, Synnex, etc.). We are not interested in importing large quantities of products from overseas.
  • Our certified Technical Support technicians and engineers will be happy to assist you if your business network or computers experience problems. We work strictly business-to-business and new clients will be verified to confirm their status. It is our goal to satisfy you completely and as quickly as possible. If your problem is urgent, you may wish to call the nearest regional office, too. Established clients may contact their account representative by mobile phone in emergencies.

During extended hours from 8:00am to 10:00am and 6:00pm to 8:00pm as well as after-hours, established clients may contact their account representative directly. Nationwide Sales and Service

Through our national service network, we are able to provide service to satellite offices and remote job sites practically anywhere in the United States and Canada. Additionally, we can install and configure various remote management products, which allows us test and resolve many issues without an on-site call. Occasionally we travel outside our normal service areas for short-term projects, and, if given enough lead time, we are able to schedule on-site personnel for ongoing projects anywhere in the United States.
